Echeveria 'Fimbriata Fasciculata' Crest

Echeveria Fimbriata Fasciculata Crest is a succulent with a rare and unusual growth pattern. Unlike the typical rosette-forming Echeverias, this one has a crested mutation, meaning its growth follows a continuous, wavy, and sometimes fan-like structure. This results in stunning, undulating ridges rather than individual symmetrical rosettes.

The leaves themselves are thick and fleshy, often with a slightly ruffled or fimbriated (fringed) edge, giving them extra texture. Depending on its growing conditions, it can display a variety of colors, ranging from soft greens to subtle pinkish or purplish hues along the edges. Under stress—such as exposure to strong light or cooler temperatures—it may deepen its coloration, to deep burgundy.

Crested succulents like this are highly sought after due to their unique forms, which make them look more sculptural and artistic compared to standard growth patterns. They’re relatively easy to care for but require well-draining soil, minimal watering, and bright but indirect sunlight to thrive. Over time, they can develop thick stems that twist and turn in unpredictable ways.

Plants are sent bare rooted. A snazzy way of saying it will arrive with minimal or no soil or pot.

Succulents need to travel with the least moisture as possible due to potential problems, such as rotting. This means they are taken out of their pots and their roots are allowed to dry out before sending. As a result, plants may arrive looking slightly different to photos. Some maybe a little dry looking or slightly wrinkled leaves for example, remember succulents are hardy and will bounce back with a little TLC. TLC instructions will be within your order.
