A large, eye-catching succulent with wide, wavy leaves that show off soft blue-green tones and red edges. The colour contrast gets stronger in cooler weather or with more sun. 'Fire and Ice' grows in a loose rosette and makes a great feature plant in pots or garden beds.

  • Grows up to 20–30 cm wide

  • Wavy leaves with red margins

  • Colour deepens with sun and seasonal changes

  • Light: Likes full sun to bright light. Protect from strong afternoon sun to avoid leaf burn.

  • Water: Water deeply, then let the soil dry out completely. Less water in winter or during rainy periods.

  • Soil: Needs well-draining soil. Use a succulent mix or add sand, scoria, or perlite to improve drainage.

  • Climate: Best in temperate or dry areas. Keep out of frost and heavy rain.

  • Maintenance: Remove old leaves and spent flower stalks to keep it tidy. Avoid watering directly into the rosette to prevent rot.

Tip: 'Fire and Ice' grows big, so give it space in a wide pot or garden bed. Its colours pop more in cooler weather and bright light.

Display Picture plant IS NOT for sale, it is added to showcase the beauty or growth habit of the plant.

Plants for sale are shown in a 7cm pot. The images will show the same or similar plant to the one sent to you.

Succulent colours can change due to the time of year, environment, or growing conditions.

Please Note:

Plants are sent bare rooted. A snazzy way of saying it will arrive with minimal or no soil or pot.

Succulents need to travel with the least moisture as possible due to potential problems, such as rotting. This means they are taken out of their pots and their roots are allowed to dry out before sending. As a result, plants may arrive looking slightly different to photos. Some maybe a little dry looking or slightly wrinkled leaves for example, remember succulents are hardy and will bounce back with a little TLC. TLC instructions will be within your order.

Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns with your order.
