Aeonium leucoblepharum is a branching succulent shrub with spoon-shaped rosettes that range from yellowish-green to dark green, often marked by a reddish central stripe. It’s known for its trailing stems and seasonal yellow star-shaped flowers.

  • Growth habit: Sprawling or hanging stems with compact rosettes; great for elevated planters or cascading arrangements

  • Foliage: Smooth, fleshy leaves with red midstripes and margins; blushes deeper in sun or cooler temps

  • Light needs: Prefers full sun to partial shade; protect from harsh afternoon rays in hot climates

  • Watering: Soak and dry method; allow soil to fully dry between waterings to prevent rot

  • Soil: Well-draining mix; avoid moisture retention

  • Climate: Best in warm, dry zones; not frost-hardy

  • Maintenance: Low fuss; may go dormant in summer heat, with active growth in cooler seasons

  • Propagation: Easily propagated via cuttings or offsets

Plants for sale are shown in a 7cm pot. The images will show the same or similar plant to the one sent to you.

Succulent colours can change due to the time of year, environment, or growing conditions.

Please Note:

Plants are sent bare rooted. A snazzy way of saying it will arrive with minimal or no soil or pot.

Succulents need to travel with the least moisture as possible due to potential problems, such as rotting. This means they are taken out of their pots and their roots are allowed to dry out before sending. As a result, plants may arrive looking slightly different to photos. Some maybe a little dry looking or slightly wrinkled leaves for example, remember succulents are hardy and will bounce back with a little TLC. TLC instructions will be within your order.

Feel free to contact us if you have any concerns with your order.
