Also known as Echeveria 'Tears of Mexico'
Echeveria 'Mexican Tears' features vibrant green leaves that have distinctive bumps. The edges of the leaves can exhibit lovely pink or reddish hues, especially when the plant is exposed to bright sunlight.
Echeveria 'Tears of Mexico' may produce tall flower stalks adorned with bell-shaped blooms, usually in shades of orange or yellow, during the warmer months.
Most bumpy leaf succulents are solitary, forming one rosette. Propagation can be done by the leaves however the success rate isn’t high.
The best way to propagate bumpy leaf plants is to behead the plant when it becomes old or elongated. This will assist with the plant producing pups at the base or along the stems, while still having the head to repot and enjoy for years to come.
Plants for sale are shown in a 7cm pot, unless stated different. The images will show the same or similar plant to the one sent to you. Succulent colours can change due to the time of year, environment, or growing conditions.
Where possible a display picture will be added to showcase the beauty or growth habit of the plant.
Please Note:
Plants are sent bare rooted. A snazzy way of saying it will arrive with minimal or no soil or pot.
Our plants are grown outside in all-weather conditions (no hot houses) so some plants may have markings.
Succulents need to travel with the least moisture as possible due to potential problems, such as rotting. This means they are taken out of their pots and their roots are allowed to dry out before sending. As a result, plants may arrive looking slightly different to photos. Some maybe a little dry looking or slightly wrinkled leaves for example, remember succulents are hardy and will bounce back with a little TLC. TLC instructions will be within your order.
